1. For MILD periodontal condition:
   1. Use the Perio-Sure™ mints as directed on bottle
2. For MODERATE to SEVERE periodontal condition:
   1. Use the Perio-Defense™ Home Kit as directed on package
   2. Use Perio-Gel™ as directed on package
